EST 1986 Blue,Green & Yellow 40th Birthday Milestone Neon Cake Topper

This amazing cake topper is a fabulous way to celebrate your Birthday!

It is 4 layers of premium quality neon cardstock, the card is white on the back, the cake topper is attached to a bamboo stick to allow you to place it straight into your cake. In some cases the topper may require two sticks for additional stability.

he card that I use is UV reactive and will glow under UV (blacklight) light, even if you are not having blacklight at your party though the colours are super vibrant and look amazing anyway!
