This topper is attached to a stick ready to go into your cake as soon as you receive it, so no assembly is required.
This topper measures approx 14cm across with the depth being in proportion.
It is made from top quality premium quality neon card stock. The colour is one side and the backside is white.
The card stock that I use for this topper is UV reactive and will glow when exposed to UV (black) light, but don't worry if you haven't got this as the colours are super bright without!
